VENDING REFUND & PROCEDURES
It is our goal for every customer to have a seamless experience with our vending services. We understand that occasional technical difficulties may arise. We want to make up for any occurrences of lost money or products in our machines. Please contact us to request a refund if any occurrences may happen.
Innovending Vending Service
Please submit your refund request within 5 business days of your loss by completing a refund form at the assigned indicated location. Identification may be required. The refund will be processed and sent back to the original card that the customer may have used when purchasing an item. If the customer may have paid with cash - the customer will receive a cash refund within 5 days of the initial refund request.
